Cancellation policy

When canceling an appointment please contact Club Beauty via telephone AT LEAST 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. A “NO SHOW” is considered a failure to cancel or arrive at your scheduled appointment. “NO SHOWS” forfeit their deposit and are subject to be charged 50% of their remaining procedure fee.

Deposit Agreement

To book an appointment for Micropigmentation a $150 deposit is required and applied to your service. If you need to reschedule your appointment, you will have up to three opportunities to do so. After which the $150 deposit will be forfeited. Another $150 deposit will be required before booking another appointment.

Covid Policy

 We at Club Beauty take standards of hygiene and cleanliness very seriously and take all necessary precautions to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and other infectious pathogens as per the guidelines implemented by the CDC and World Health Organization. We kindly ask that you sanitize upon entry and masks are available upon request.

Please Wear A Mask – We will have extra masks upon entry. All artists will be wearing masks during
treatments. We also ask that all clients wear their masks through the duration of their treatment, unless their
treatments involve their lips or facials.
 
DO NOT Bring Anyone With You – We ask that you please do not bring family, children or friends to the
appointment.
 
Sanitize Upon Entry – We will have hand sanitizer so you may sanitize before and after your appointment.
Limit Conversation – During this time, we ask for minimal contact and conversation to stop the spread of
COVID-19
