Treatments are not generally covered by insurance when used for cosmetic purposes.

We accept cash and all major credit cards.

We DO NOT allow children in the Med Spa unless they are above the age of 12 and receiving a treatment.

Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. We require all patients to fill out medical, HIPAA, and consent forms prior to their treatments.

Yes, please call if you are running late. We have a 10-minute grace period however, if you’re running more than 10 minutes late for your appointment it may have to be reduced or rescheduled.

If you are receiving any of our facial treatments, we ask you to come without make-up. If you are receiving injectables, please refrain from alcohol, coffee, fish oil, vitamin E, ibuprofen, or other blood thinners at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Yes! Every new patient is required to contact our providers to create a customized treatment plan.

Our consultations are FREE!

You come in and we listen to your concerns. We evaluate the treatment area and devise a plan together to best achieve your goal.
Club Beauty offers virtual consultations. Virtual consultations allow clients to submit current photos online of their face and any previous treatments they have had. Our providers will evaluate those photos and make recommendations for you. You will then be contacted by a provider to go over those recommendations.
Most treatments do not require any downtime after the procedure. In fact, patients can go back to work when they are done. However, some people who have lighter or sensitive skin, or those that are receiving Microneedling or MIcropigmentation require more time for a full recovery.

We apologize there are no refunds issued for treatments.

Please Wear A Mask – We will have extra masks upon entry. All artists will be wearing masks during
treatments. We also ask that all clients wear their masks through the duration of their treatment, unless their
treatments involve their lips or facials.
 
DO NOT Bring Anyone With You – We ask that you please do not bring family, children or friends to the
appointment.
 
Sanitize Upon Entry – We will have hand sanitizer so you may sanitize before and after your appointment.
Limit Conversation – During this time, we ask for minimal contact and conversation to stop the spread of
COVID-19
