Cancellation Policy and Deposit Agreement

Deposits

To book an appointment for Micropigmentation a $150 deposit is applied to your service.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your appointment you have up to 3 opportunities to do so after which you forfeit your $150 deposit. Another $150 deposit will need to be paid for booking your next appointment.

Canceling an Appointment

When canceling an appointment contact Club Beauty via phone AT LEAST 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. A (No Show) is considered failure to cancel or arrive to your scheduled appointment. (NO SHOWS) are subjected to be charged 50% of their remaining procedure fee.

*Club Beauty reserves the right to refuse appointments to any client who has demonstrated disregard of our cancellation policy.

COVID-19 SAFETY MEASURES FOR APPOINTMENTS
Please review our COVID-19 safety guidelines when booking your appointment!
 
Please Wear A Mask – We will have extra masks upon entry. All artists will be wearing masks during
treatments. We also ask that all clients wear their masks through the duration of their treatment, unless their
treatments involve their lips or facials.
 
DO NOT Bring Anyone With You – We ask that you please do not bring family, children or friends to the
appointment.
 
Sanitize Upon Entry – We will have hand sanitizer so you may sanitize before and after your appointment.
Limit Conversation – During this time, we ask for minimal contact and conversation to stop the spread of
COVID-19
